I must charge for cancelations within 24 hours of the start of your appointment time or for not showing up for your appointment at all, unless it is an unavoidable emergency situation. If you're running late, we will use the remainder of your scheduled appointment , but because I've reserved that time specifically for you, I will need to charge you for the full-time reserved.
